Smoked swordfish carpaccio

 The Med meets Asia with this fresh and flavourful starter.

Smoked swordfish carpaccio


Delicious firm smoked swordfish slices are smothered in a Thai inspired sauce of marinated onions accompanied by homemade tzatziki.

Marinate very thin slices of onion in a mix of sesame and olive oil, lime juice and pulp, ginger, lemongrass, mint and sugar.

Served with creamy and tangy tzatziki.

For the latter: greek yogurt, olive oil, mint, grated salt dried cucumber and garlic.

I wasn't sure if I was in the Cyclades or Koh Samui but this fusion was meant to be.
