Easy because? They aren't yeasted, baking powder gives the rise.
To make 6 Buns, we need:

20g sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 TBSP Baking powder

5-7 TBSP milk (start with 5)
Method:
Mix it up, knead for 3-4 minutes, divide into 6 balls and rest.
Filling - A (meat and aromats)
150g minced pork
1-2 banana shallots, diced
2 spring onions, sliced finely
1clove of garlic, sliced
3/4 tsp chilli flakes
Filling - B (seasonings)
1.5 tsp sesame oil
3/4 tsp light soy
3 TBSP kimchi
Method:
Stir fry - A ingredients until the pork is cooked.
Off heat, stir in - B ingredients
For the buns:
Roll each dough sphere into a circle and cram in 1/6 of the cooked filling.
Seal up the little ball and turn over.
1 down, 5 to go.
Steam on parchment over boiling water, lid on for 10 minutes.
Mine are dressed with asian chilli oil, it's fab😋
